Damian Botherway
Damian was born in
Hamilton and
attended secondary school at St Johns College Hamilton. He then went on to complete his Bachelor of Laws at the
University of Waikato.
Damian has past experience in the hospitality industry and insolvency administration and administration of bankruptcies.
Damian joined the firm at the beginning of 2001 before taking ownership in 2005. He works in the area of general and commercial conveyancing, business law, franchising, employment, trusts and asset protection.
Damian is a big rugby fan and referees Premier club rugby in the
Waikato. He also plays touch rugby during the summer.
